How do I verify a product's COA?+
Enter the batch / lot number printed on your vial's label on our Verify page. You'll see the HPLC purity, mass-spec identity result, testing lab, and test date — no login required.
What purity do you guarantee?+
Every batch is held to a minimum of 98% HPLC purity, and the exact figure for your lot is published on its certificate of analysis.
Who does your testing?+
Independent, third-party laboratories — Janoshik Analytical, MZ Biolabs, and Colmaric Analyticals. We don't rely on in-house claims.
How are products shipped?+
Orders placed before 2pm ET ship same day from our US facility in discreet, temperature-considerate packaging. Tracking is emailed when your order is on the way.
Do you offer free shipping?+
Yes — free standard shipping on orders over $175. Below that, a flat $12 shipping rate applies.
What is your return policy?+
We offer a 30-day guarantee covering both opened and unopened vials. If the material isn't right, contact support for a full refund or replacement.
How should I store lyophilized peptides?+
Store the lyophilized powder at -20°C, protected from light. Once reconstituted with bacteriostatic water, keep refrigerated and protected from light.
